Course Description: Lash extension services in Minnesota is regulated by the Board of Cosmetology. We are a licensed cosmetology school. If you are a resident or non-resident of Minnesota going to perform lash extension services, you must be properly licensed. Our lash technician diploma program is designed to be completed within 14 hours (8 hours pre-clinical and 6 hours clinical instruction along with practical application). A practical exam takes place on Day 2 and a model is required at 11am. If I do not have a model, one will be provided as long as I give the school a 2 day notice prior to start of training course.*

Terms and Conditions: For registration, students are required to pay $1,000 deposit (non-refundable, covers student kit, textbooks, and workbook) to reserve training date of choice. In the event, the enrollee cannot make their training start date, a one-time transfer to the next available training date can be made with prior notice. *

Licensing: Upon successfully passing training and practical exam, the student will receive a school notary from MN Lash Artistry. The student has up to one year from date of notary to take their 3 Board of Cosmetology tests with Minnesota State PSI to apply for their Eye Lash Technician License. A notary replacement fee of $100 will apply in the event student loses their notary from our school. *

Refund Policy and Cancellation: 1.) If the school prior to starting classes denies enrollment, all monies paid by the applicant will be refunded within 30 days of application. 2.) If a student (or legal guardian if student is a dependent minor) cancels his/her/their enrollment in writing within three business days of the signing of this agreement, all monies collected by the school shall be refunded even if the student has begun classes. 3.) Refund deductions. Fees for the student kit, textbooks, and workbook (total of $1,000) will be deducted before application of the percentages in refund computations, since these fees are included in the tuition and these items are the property of the student. *
